In the ancient art of flower arranging, petals, leave and branches take on new life as sculptural materials. Deciding which flower goes where requires a keen eye and the ability to notice which materials work well with others. Join master Ikebana artist, Toyomi Sobue, as she shares her process with us!
During this workshop you will explore the history of of ikebana while creating your own floral sculpture under the guidance of Toyomi. All materials are included and each student will leave with a Kenzans to make an arrangement in the future.
